PRESIDENT
Ernie has a very extensive background in Oil & Gas stemming from the early 80's with numerous years spent internationally for large multi-national service companies. His industry experience has brought him to oversee all the operations of Halo and the day-to-day functionality.

VICE PRESIDENT
Stephen has been with Halo since 2007 and bring with him an extensive background of business development, sales & marketing and coatings knowledge that has helped shape the course of direction of Halo throughout the years. Stephen's focus is growing the business, estimation, and client relations.

LEAD SPRAY TECHNICIAN
Jeff's experience with current spray applied technologies is second to none. His expert installation methods coupled with years of industry expertise is the reason Halo is leading the field in spray applied products in Western Canada. With an attention to detail and client service Jeff has been an integral part of the Halo team.

SOUTHERN ALBERTA LEAD TECHNICIAN
Trevor has years of experience in the spray applied technologies field. Utilizing cutting edge coatings and spray foam installation materials and industry leading techniques.
Trevor has the been key to leading our southern Alberta operations with highly valued skill, client focus, and attention to detail.

NORTHERN ALBERTA OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of both people and process, Gary ensures every project stays on track and every client receives the highest level of service. Whether it’s adapting quickly to changing site conditions, balancing a packed schedule, or keeping communication flowing between crews and clients, he brings a level of leadership, organization, and drive that keeps our Northern operations thriving.

PROJECT MANAGER & EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST
Tony brings a rare combination of technical know-how, field experience, and hands-on leadership to every project he touches.
With a deep understanding of coatings and insulation operations and an eye for project logistics, Tony ensures every job runs smoothly from the first call to final completion. Whether he’s coordinating complex site work, optimizing equipment fleets, or problem-solving in the field, Tony’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence are second to none.
